We accept orders 7 Days week. Once your order is placed there is a 5 business day processing time if your product is custom made or out of stock. Every single order is handmade and we take pride in our quality. Once your order is shipped priority you will receive your tracking information. 


Due to orders being handmade or custom, all sales are final. If you receive the wrong item or it is damaged we ask you to email us a picture at Whitney@urbanapothecaryks. We will ship the correct item on the next business day. Urban Apothecary isn't responsible for packages sent to the wrong address, so please double check your shipping information. 

Once you return is approved we will send you the address to ship your item to. You are responsible for shipping cost on returned items, they are non-refundable.
